This version of dermaplaning is only available to add to other skincare services. Dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation that consists of using a blade to gently scrape off the top layer of dulling dead skin cells and hair, in order to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion.

A gel or cream based product is used to properly remove the lash extensions without damaging the natural lash. While you could wait for them to all fall off, not having the structure of all of the lash extensions, leaves those remaining to put strain on the natural lash. This, or picking at lash extensions, will cause natural lashes to fall out. It is important to realize that it is not lash extensions that ruin your natural lashes, but poor technique from your lash artist or care on your end.
